In 1996, Mbour (Senegal), Naby form with Ely the group Peace and Peace while starting his solo career with Pape Niang. His first titles released in the compilations of Positive Black Soul; Sénérap 1 and 2 in 1997 and 98 in the album Peace and Peace in 1999.

This experience allows him to participate in the compilation Da Hop - produced and edited by Delabel (EMI France) - released in 2000 at the International. Since Naby multiplies meetings and dares the crossbreeding lesplus varied notably Douggytee, Awadi and group Sikka Sakka (Hip Hop) Loan (electro), Boudhasticks (reggae) No Water Please (band) ...

At the beginning of the course, the festival DK24 Naby is part of Youssou Ndour stage Demba Diop Mbour. He has since participated in the festival headliner Couleur Café Brussels with the group Rak Tak Squad festival Noailles in Marseilles, Afrikakeur Festival (June 2007) and Dakar Riddim 4 Children (Just 4 U, Cultural Center Douta Seck), Africa Day festival (December 2007) and first part of Alpha Blondy stage Demba Diop de Dakar (May 2008). It also occurs in Paris at the Olympic and Parisian Laundry Modern solo. Participation in the festival Galsen Live in Lille and Paris (New Morning, Nov 2008). In June 2009, headlining at Suburban Rhythm Festival in Guediawaye (Dakar, Senegal), 30,000 people respond in unison.

Following the success of the video clip on TV and radio singles released in early 2008, Naby released his first solo album "DEM NAA" in Senegal produced his own label Demrek RecordZ and recorded "Live in studio in Dakar and Paris.

Naby has constructed a universe that is dynamic, powerful and very melodic. It imposes an authentic African music, modern and mixed.
