Tuesday, October 2 to Paris, the jury of the 2012 RFI Discoveries, FRANCE 24, chaired by the artist Angelique Kidjo of Benin, nominated singer Elemotho (Namibia) as the recipient. Teriba artists Trio (Benin) and Takeifa (Senegal) came second and third respectively in position.
